Your order goes through the following steps once it has been placed. You will receive 3 emails: Order Confirmation, Shipment Confirmation and Delivery Status Notification.

Information.Processing Time: Since our birthstones are custom-made to order, all orders will be processed within 3-5 business days. Shipping to our warehouse takes 2-3 days, after which we'll prepare your order with your name and address and ship it out. Delivery Time: You will receive your order within 7-12 business days from the shipping date (depending on destination), not the order date. If we experience a large volume of orders or extreme weather conditions in certain areas of the country, shipping may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional shipping days for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Standard shipping: $7.99 per order, free shipping over $50.

TRACKING NUMBER: Once your order leaves our warehouse, we will send you a tracking number and a confirmation email so you can track your package online.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES: If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to work with you to resolve the issue. In the unlikely event that an item delivered to you is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may return/exchange the product for a refund within 30 days of receipt.
